Cancellation policy
- Up to 4 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
- From 4 to 3 months before arrival: 70% of the total amount
- From 3 months before arrival: 80%
- From 2 months before arrival: 90%
- From 1 month before arrival: 100%
- In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100%.
All prices are subject to change without notice (for tax, official or inflation-related reasons).
Not included is the guest tax valid at the time of travel (until 31.12.25 – € 4,60 / from 01.01.26 – € 5,09) per person (from 14 years) and night.
In the event of early or late arrival, the respective apartment prices per night and person will be charged in full.
