Arrival (check-in) from when?

Starting from 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, please let us know. In addition, guests who arrive earlier are welcome to change in the ski room.

Departure (check-out) by when?

We would like to ask you to leave the apartment by 10 a.m. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us if you still want to spend the day in Lech.

I travel with children. What is there?
On request you can get the following free of charge from us: folding cot, high chair, wooden sledge for children.
Is there internet in the house?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free for guests in all areas of the property.

Are there parking spaces?

The private outdoor parking spaces are free for guests. A garage space can be arranged (22 € per night and on request).

Is there a laundry service?

A washing machine (8 € per session) and dryer (8 € per session) can be used, including powder.

Is there a bread delivery service?

Yes, we will be happy to put freshly baked bread from the Lech village bakery in front of your door (order the day before until 6 p.m.). You can find out the current range of baked goods and prices from the landlords.

Are there wellness offers (massages)?
We can book a professional massage for you. You can find out the type and costs from the landlords.
Is there a sauna in the house?

Yes, a sauna is available to our guests (included in the price). Finnish sauna with additional sanarium; in the sauna area: massage shower.

Is there a ski room and dryer?
Yes, there is a ski room with heated ski and hiking boot warmers on the ground floor.
Is there information material in the house?
Yes, hiking information and hiking maps are available on site.
How often are the apartments cleaned during the vacation?

The apartments can be cleaned on request, additional costs will be charged depending on the effort.

A standard final cleaning is included in the price.

What should we bring?

Only things that you personally value. Everything else is available in the apartment (toilet paper, shower gel, iron, cot, dishes).

Is there a coffee machine in the apartment?
Yes, you find a filter coffee machine in every apartment as well as an additional Nespresso machine in every apartment. Tabs can be purchased.
Are pets allowed?

Yes, but only on request. Dog per night 22 € (without food).

Can toboggan or bob be borrowed?
Yes, sledges are available free of charge.
Can snowshoes be borrowed?
Yes, snowshoes are available free of charge.
Can e-bikes be borrowed?
Yes, we have two e-bikes (fees on request).
Can I play tennis in summer?
A three-minute walk takes you to the Lech sports center, where you can play tennis.
Can guests use the terrace?
Yes, the summer garden with a view of Lech and the terrace are available to guests. Deck chairs and garden furniture are available.
How far is the center of Lech?
Just a kilometer; about five minutes by bus; about 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
Where is the nearest ski lift?

The Schlosskopf lift is approx. 600 meters away. There are only two stops by bus.

The Rüfikopf and Schlegelkopf lifts (in the center) are approx. 1 kilometer away.

The bus stop can be reached from our house in just two minutes.

Can I rent ski equipment?
In Lech there are numerous opportunities to rent all kinds of ski equipment. We will be happy to help you.
Are there international long-distance hiking trails nearby?
Yes, the famous Lechweg, which leads from Lech to Füssen, is very close by.
What happens if I don't arrive or if I arrive too late?
In the event of no-show or late arrival, the full costs and booked services must be borne – unless we can sublet the apartment.
Are there any costs for the final cleaning?
No. A standard final cleaning is included in the price. We reserve the right to charge additional costs for soiling that goes beyond the usual extent. Damage will be billed.
Is there a welcome gift?
A good bottle of wine awaits you in your room as a gift from the house.
